弟兄姊妹平安，
「誰能登耶和華的山？誰能站在他的聖所？就是手潔心清，不向虛妄，起誓不懷詭詐的人。」詩24:3-4
2020年是人類歷史上極其重要的一年，全球七十億人口被前所未有的新冠狀病毒Covid-19 折騰得很是悲慘！從報導出來的數字，病毒確診患者超過580萬人，死亡人數超過36萬，驟看已是一串驚人的數字，於病患者和死者的親屬朋友，更是刻骨銘心的痛楚。我們在家居隔離令下，也被一股無形的恐懼困擾，即使戴上了口罩，走在路上，人與人之間保持距離，也是步步為營。
這段日子，我們都被逼學習人生沉潛的功課，外在社交活動少了，內在心靈天地卻活躍起來。網絡既幫助基督徒再度建立與神的親密關係，但「水能載舟，亦能覆舟。」這網絡時間的分配，網絡資訊的真偽，也會搞亂我們的心靈思緒，破壞了我們的人際關係。
一個人獨自居家隔離固然難受，一家人「居家辦公」和「在家上課」的家居生活，也是需要一家人的努力磨合和彼此配合。在小花園親親大自然，種種花，養養瓜，欣賞生命，為生命把脈; 又或者在YouTube上學習做各種美食，發現自己也可以成為「大師」，倒是很難得的人生歷程。
我們的網絡主日崇拜，從陌生已逐漸熟絡。感謝神，隨著科技進步，我們不需因為「病毒大流行」而終止聚會，但我們也要謹慎警醒，別把網絡崇拜變成了常態而樂不思蜀。為此我們切切祈求：疫情早退，我們相約一同登上耶和華的山，站在聖所敬拜主！
祝願大家身體健壯，正如你的靈魂興盛一樣！

2/ 為英國的華人福音事工代禱：英國華人來自五湖四海，我們都欠了他們福音的債。每一個我們能接觸和認識的華人和他們的家庭，都是我們的禱告內容。

Dear brothers and sisters,
‘Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.’ Psalm 24:3-4
2020 is an extremely important year in human history, and the world ’s seven billion people are tormented by the unprecedented new Covid-19! According to the reported figures, more than 5.8 million people have been diagnosed with the virus and more than 360,000 have died. It’s a shocking number, and we can imagine the unspeakable pains of the patients and the loved ones of the deceased. Under the lockdown, we are also plagued by an invisible fear. Even if we put on a mask and walk on the road, we have to keep distance with other people carefully.
During these days, we are all made to learn lessons in life quietly. With the decrease of external social activities, our inner spiritual world is active. The Internet helps Christians to re-establish an intimate relationship with God. But make sure we do not spend too much time on the media, and look out for the authenticity of its information, which, may confuse our minds and damage our relationship with other people.
It is not easy for a person to stay home alone. The family life of “home office” and ” home schooling” also requires the family’s efforts to work together. Admiring nature in the small garden, planting flowers, raising melons, and appreciating life; or learning to cook on YouTube, and discovering that you can also become a “master”; are all precious life experience.
Our Online Sunday Service has gradually become smooth. Praise the Lord, with the advanced technology, we do not need to stop gathering due to the Pandemic, but we must also be cautious and not regard it as the norm and become lazy. We earnestly pray that the epidemic will get over soon so that we can meet together to worship the Lord again!

*Prayer Items:
1. Coming Sunday (31/5) is the Pentecost Sunday, the beginning of the Church. Let us pray for the churches in different parts of the world. Pray that Christians can keep the truth of the Bible and live a life of joy, peace, love, courage, and wisdom, and be witnesses of the salvation of the Lord Jesus with a humble heart.
2. Pray for the Chinese gospel ministry in the UK: They have come from all corners of the world, and we owe them the debt of the gospel. Let us pray for every Chinese and their families whom we know.
