親愛的弟兄姊妹平安:

Caerphilly, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, Newport 疫情告急，繼英格蘭和蘇格蘭的疫情爆發，威爾斯的市民再度陷入信心危機，請切切為生活和工作在上列四個區域的人代禱。讓我們在全球疫情蔓延之下，彼此守望，一起仰望恩主，學習克勝恐懼和疑惑。
英國不同地域的第二波病毒感染個案增加，請繼續為病患者和醫護人員祈禱。我們的地球病重了，求主恩佑我們，走過死蔭的幽谷。
每年九月我們都為大學的迎新活動祈禱，更為來到卡迪夫讀書的新生祈禱。讓基督徒學生能盡快在這裏找到屬靈的家，這是神的安排和帶領，是屬靈生命的新里程，進深認識神和經歷神；也為未信主的新生祈禱，祈盼他們能在這裏認識主耶穌，學習聖經，明白福音，信靠基督。今年疫情嚴峻，影響着幾間大學的上課安排，部份學生可能會在明年一月才能入學。學生團契要在十月份以網絡接觸他們，認識他們，這是一項新的挑戰和使命，求神帶領。
秋天到了，卡迪夫的景色美了。顏色豐富的秋葉，風中搖曳的禿枝，西天變幻的夕陽，都是隨處可見的美景。秋天，更多的獨處，但卻不孤單，這是學習屬靈功課的絕妙時機。讓我們學習禱告：求神賜下勇氣，改變我們能改變的事；賜下安寧，接受不能改變的事，并賜下智慧去分辨。

Guide us , O Lord!
Dear brothers and sisters,
‘The Lord is my Shepherd …’ Psalm 23:1
After the widespread growth of the virus across England and Scotland, cases in Caerphilly, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil and Newport have risen significantly and people in Wales become panic again. Let us pray hard for the people living and working in these 4 areas. Let us pray for each other and look upon our Lord to overcome our fear and doubt under this global pandemic.
The cases of the second virus wave have increased in different parts of UK . Let us continue to pray for the patients and medical staff. Our earth is seriously ill, may the Lord bless us to walk through the valley of the shadow of death.
Every September we pray for the orientation of the Cardiff universities and new students. Pray that Christian students can find a spiritual home here as soon as possible. It is a new milestone in spiritual life to know and experience God more. Pray that the non-believers can know the Lord Jesus, study the Bible, understand the gospel and believe in Christ. This year the pandemic has affected the arrangements of the universities and some students may not be able to come until next January. The student fellowship will try to reach and get to know them on an online platform in October. This is a new challenge and mission, and we need the Lord’s guidance.
Autumn is here, and the scenery in Cardiff is beautiful. The colourful autumn leaves, the swaying branches in the wind, and the sunset can be seen everywhere. We will spend more time alone this autumn but not lonely. It’s a wonderful time to learn some spiritual lessons. Let us ask God to grant us courage to change the things we can, serenity to accept the things we cannot change, and wisdom to know the difference.
