弟兄姊妹平安,
教會每年的迎新活動都在暑期後進行，對像是一群來卡迪夫讀書的學生。2021年剛開始, 教會開展了新一項的迎新活動，歡迎一群從香港移民來卡迪夫或南威爾斯的華人，在剛設立的網絡社交群組中，透過弟兄姊妹的介紹，我們已認識了一些新朋友，請在禱告中紀念他們。
他們當中有一些已經參加了我們教會崇拜聚會，另外一些在彼此認識中建立友誼。疫情嚴峻，各自獨處家居，大家都沒法可以有實體接觸機會，期盼疫情早日減退，我們可以有面對面的迎新活動。
對於一些信主肢體，我們祈禱他們早日在一個屬靈的家安頓下來。還未信主或慕道的朋友，我們願意真誠地活在他們中間，見證耶穌基督的生命和愛，祈盼他們早日認識福音，信靠耶穌。
星期五清晨茶座再開始了，我們願意把握網絡平台的傳福音機會，除了往常重點放在關顧身體健康的醫學講座，我們今年有更多週會關注心靈健康，主題: 正向人生—作一個快樂的「卡迪夫」人。耶穌基督的福音拯救我們的身心靈，這福音本是神的大能，要救一切相信的人。
「 若有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已過，都變成新的了 。」這是初信主的人必要背誦的經文，也是很多信徒新年立志的許願，更是靈程進深者的掙扎歷練!

Dear brothers and sisters,
Every year after the summer holidays, the church always runs activities to welcome students coming to study in Cardiff. 2021 has arrived, the church has launched a new online group to welcome immigrants from Hong Kong. We have already met some new friends through this new online group. Please remember them in prayers.
Some of them have already joined the Church Sunday Service, some have established friendship with each other. The pandemic is severe, everyone has to stay at home and cannot make physical contacts with others. We hope that the pandemic will subside soon so we can welcome them face to face.
For the believers, we pray that they will settle down in a spiritual home as soon as possible. For the friends who have not known the Lord, we need to witness the life and love of Jesus Christ among them, and pray that they can understand the gospel and believe in Jesus.
The Friday Morning Cafe will resume next week. We want to seize the opportunity to share the gospel via internet. Apart from the usual Medical talks that focus on physical health, this year we will have more meetings focusing on spiritual health. The theme: Positive Life—Be A happy ‘Cardiff’ person. The gospel of Jesus Christ saves our body, mind, and soul. This gospel is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes.
‘If anyone is in Christ, that person is a new creation. The old has gone, the new is here.’ This is an important verse for new believers, a New Year resolution for many Christians, and an experience for the mature Christians.
